originally presented by the kinsmen club of portage la prairie, to foster fellowship among kin. A club can not used a commercial costume (for example a rented costume) and a club must have a minimum of 2 members in costume to be eligible.  Judging will take place Friday night of district convention.

A points system will be used consisting of:
20 points – the costume best capturing the overall theme of the Convention
10 points – the most original and imaginative costume
10 points – the most eye-catching color and style
